土壤提取液配制方法: 取花园土未施过肥200g置于烧杯或三角瓶中，加入蒸馏水1000毫升，瓶口用透气塞封口，在水浴中沸水加热3小时，冷却，沉淀24小时，此过程连续进行 3次，然后过滤，取上清液，于高压灭菌锅中灭菌后于4℃冰箱中保存备用。
